Valley Day on the River Festival, 3rd Annual

Plan to spend the day with us at our 2nd Annual Valley Day on the River Festival being held on the banks of the Chattahoochee River at the old Shawmut Airport, a historic scenic landmark in Valley, Alabama. With over 100 attractions for you to enjoy. Events include a fishing tourament beginning at 7:00am. Gates open at 11:00, the mouth watering aroma of BBQ will be drifting in the air with 30 professional BBQ teams comnpeting in a BBQ Cook Off Sanctional by the Florida BBQ Association. We have live music planned for all day. We'll have plenty of food. Got it on the stick.. in the bun.. on a cone. You name it we got it! Did I mention gator on the stick.. with over 100 booths set up along the River. Crafts, bingo, races, games, eating contest, BB shooting, Fun Zone. Something for all ages! Then to end a perfect day by relaxing under the stars and watching a Fantastic Fireworks Display over the Chattahoochee River... See ya on the River!
