Alabama Chicken and Egg Festival

Where everything chicken is celebrated, the Alabama Chicken and Egg Festival is a two-day outdoor festival with a chicken clucking contest, karaoke for big chickens, a live bantam chicken display, chicken wing and hard boiled egg-eating contests, live entertainment, children’s activities, and arts and crafts fair. Its poultry-related food and entertainment educates consumers on the importance of the poultry industry while providing amusement for all ages. New this year is: Down on the Farm, an agricultural and farm expo.
