20th North Alabama Scottish Festival & Highland Games
Celebrate the heritage and culture of the Highlands with Bagpipes & Drums, Highland and Irish Dancers, Scottish Storytelling, plenty of beautiful Highland Music, and demonstrations of Sheep Herding and Scottish Cows "Coos". The Highland Games competitions and demonstrations include: The Hammer Toss, The Caber Tos, The Sheaf Toss, The Clachneart or "Stone of Strength", 28& 56 Pound Weights for Height and for Distance - all held in the athletic area.
