Christmas Lights at Palisades Park

Dec 1-31, Oneonta Christmas Lights at Palisades Park 205-274-0017. www.blountcountypark.com. Palisade Park will sparkle this Christmas season when thousands of lights will be glowing. The public is invited to drive through for the Annual Christmas Lights extravaganza between 5 and 9 any night in December except the 24th and 25th the park is closed. The beauty of twinkling lights will be created by local businesses, churches, clubs and individuals of the county. Admission is free, but donations are accepted. The Blount County Quilters Guild will have Santa and refreshments at its cottage on two weekends(call for dates).
